Always take off with 2 hands protect joints/fitting
To remove dust/grit, wash with tepid water first before wiping with a clean microfibre
Don’t leave them in a too hot or too cold environment
Never put your glasses lens down on surfaces
No chemicals on the lenses, use a small amount of lens cleaner, but dry wipe where possible
