Do you do eye tests?
We do not have an optician and therefore do not perform sight tests. By not having a resident optician, we can pass the savings on to our customers and focus on delivering the best dispensing service in Southampton. 


Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, to give you our best possible service, we've chosen to keep our appointment system. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments will take priority. Please call us on 0238077100 to book an appointment.


What are your opening hours?

Do you accept NHS vouchers?
We are NHS registered and do accept GOS3 vouchers. The value of your voucher will be taken off at the time of purchase. Note: Please bring your NHS GOS 3 vouchers with you as we are unable to print them.


Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards except American Express (Amex). We would ask that you pay with card at all times, but we can accept cash as payment.


Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes we do, please ask a member of staff for more information.

What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will do everything to rectify the issue. Varifocals come with a 2 month  non-tolerance period, where we'll be happy to exchange the lenses to something more suitable for your needs.
